Large Silbermann Clavichord |
An unfretted clavichord inspired by the larger 155 cm model of J. H. Silbermann is currently in progress in the shop, and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. It will be posted here when available for sale. Its case and simple, flat-panel lid will be similar to this picture of the intermediate version of the instrument, in Pennsylvania black walnut, but about 75 mm longer (3 inches).
